No matter who you are and how healthy you are, we all age. During the aging process our body’s breakdown and don’t work the way they did when we were younger. That includes our eyes.

  • Not only should you have annual eye exams but regular physical exams are essential for eye health. That is because during these exams your physician can check for diabetes and high blood pressure, which if left untreated can lead to vision loss and from a variety of different diseases.

In addition to these tips remember always to wear safety glasses when working with machinery or when playing sports such as racquetball. Eye injuries from these types of activities could result in permanent eye loss.
